Materi Section QUIS berisikan tentang :
Patents are the exclusive rights of inventors to inventions in the field of technology for a certain period of time implementing themselves or giving approval to other parties to carry out their inventions. Patents that mean open or open, inventors explain their inventions in full in the form of published documents so that other people know exactly what has been found by the inventor. While patent protection is required for the patent owner (inventor) and patent license owner to make, sell , to import, lease, surrender, use and provide for sale or rental or distribution of products / goods that have been granted a patent. However, after the expiration of the patent to become a public domain can cause different legal implications for the owner of the patent (inventor), the owner of the patent license is still valid for expired patents, and the public (new inventors) who want to add or perfect the invention the expiration becomes a more perfect invention and later can be patented again. This can happen because there is no integration between the financial and administrative departments so that the presentation of the report is not the same. For this reason, the need for a network based system proposal to support data processing of cash receipts and disbursements so that the presentation of reports can be done in a structured manner.
